The two-week paycheck is one of the most outdated systems we still live with. Our challenge wasn't just to launch the EarnIn Card with Live Pay – it was to introduce it as a way out of that system, without pushing people toward high-interest debt.

EarnIn didn't make just another card, so we didn't market it like one. Instead, we launched a POV. The campaign positioned Live Pay as something fundamentally different: real-time access to money people have already earned, in a world where everything else moves instantly.

Brought to life through a digital-first campaign and extensive influencer program we spoke directly to a generation that questions outdated rules and craves control – driving awareness and more importantly, wait list sign-ups.
